Amber Mace are working with a client looking for an OH Advisor to join a busy, fast‑paced in‑house Occupational Health service. This is a hands‑on clinical role where you will be delivering high‑quality occupational health advice, managing a varied caseload, and supporting employees and managers with timely, practical guidance. You'll be joining a supportive but high‑performing team where no two days are the same, and responsiveness really matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied occupational health caseload (approx. 4 cases per day, flexible)
  • Delivering fitness for work assessments and management referrals
  • Supporting return‑to‑work and absence management processes
  • Providing clear, practical clinical advice to managers and HR
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary OH team
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to KPI delivery
  • Supporting a proactive, preventative approach to workforce health

About You

  • Registered Nurse OH qualification ideal (10+ years experience if no qualification)
  • Strong case management experience
  • Confident delivering clear, evidence‑based OH advice
