An established domiciliary care provider in Manchester is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our care team and oversee the safe, effective, and person‑centred delivery of home care services. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and compassionate leader with strong knowledge of CQC standards and a proven ability to manage and grow a high‑quality care service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the domiciliary care service in line with CQC regulations.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to care coordinators and field staff.
- Oversee care assessments, support plans, and quality assurance systems.
