An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive, forward thinking occupational health service based near Heathrow Airport. This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference to employee wellbeing while developing a long term career in a collaborative and professional environment.

Working as part of a close knit multidisciplinary team, the Occupational Health Advisor will play a key role in delivering high quality, evidence based occupational health services. The position offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver expert case management services, providing clear, balanced advice on attendance, fitness for work and workplace health concerns. They will produce high quality written reports to support informed management decisions and offer guidance on occupational health legislation and best practice. Maintaining professional standards, continuing professional development and adherence to NMC requirements will be central to the role.

This is a hybrid position, with four days per week based in a modern, well-equipped office, and one day working from home. The role offers structured working hours, supporting a healthy work life balance.

Team and Environment

You will join a dedicated team of 11 professionals, including Consultant Occupational Health Physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Health Advisors, Nurses, Technicians and a Reception team. The organisation is committed to inclusivity, teamwork and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to deliver excellent care.
