We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for our residential elderly care home located on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader within a residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care standards.
- Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and governance.
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver excellent care to residents.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure personalized care plans are followed.
- Manage staff rotas and contribute to staff training and development.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
