An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established residential and dementia care service set within a small, picturesque village in Kent. This is a fully supernumerary, Monday to Friday role offering the chance to focus on leadership, quality, and continuous improvement without the pressures of being rostered on shift.

The Role
Working closely with the Registered Manager, the Deputy Manager will support the day‐to‐day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance are consistently achieved. This is a leadership-focused position with a strong emphasis on quality, governance, and staff development.
- Supporting the overall management and smooth operation of the home
