We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Care Manager to join a well-established care home in Southampton. About the Role As a Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day management of the home and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations Leading, mentoring, and motivating the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care Conducting care assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring ongoing support Ensuring residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity are always at the heart of what we do Acting as a point of contact for families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies Taking responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered Manager About You We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
