Amber Mace is currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compliance and Medication Trainer to join a leading care organisation based in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working (up to 2 days from home per week).
You\’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality training across compliance and medication topics to care teams, including managers, nurses, and senior carers. This includes both in-person and webinar-based training, with new induction and refresher programmes being rolled out across the organisation.
You\’ll be joining a newly created training team, working alongside a Compliance Training Manager, another Compliance Trainer, and Clinical Trainers all within a highly supportive and people-focused organisation.
What we re looking for:
• Strong experience delivering compliance and/or medication training in a health & social care setting
• Confident delivering training in person and via webinars (up to 15 people)
• Good knowledge of sector regulations and statutory learning requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual training platforms
• A positive, proactive, and engaging training style
