We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join the team, working across two residential services located close to one another in Barry. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within residential and respite settings.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Service Manager and staff teams to maintain high-quality support tailored to individual needs
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring support workers to promote best practice
- Supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis to promote wellbeing, independence, and meaningful daily living
- Participating in an on-call rota
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within residential and respite environments
- Managing situations where behaviours may occasionally be challenging, while maintaining a positive and supportive approach

About You:
