As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and all relevant legislation.
  • Oversee care planning, risk management, and audits to maintain excellent standards of care.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and resources effectively.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready to step up).
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and experience of successful inspections.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
