Job Overview

We are working with a well-established Occupational Health provider seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team on a part-time basis. This is a peripatetic role covering clients across Bristol and South Wales, providing a varied mix of case management, health surveillance and wellbeing services. This position would suit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor who enjoys working independently, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality occupational health services across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Full Occupational Health Remit, including management referrals (maximum 5 cases per day)
  • New starter health screening and clearances
  • Health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments and HAVS
  • Vaccinations and phlebotomy
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Advising managers and employees on fitness for work and workplace adjustments
  • Producing high-quality occupational health reports
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • RGN with an OH qualification and at least 2 years post-qualification OH experience
  • Competent in case management and health surveillance
  • Experienced in vaccinations and phlebotomy
  • Strong communication, report-writing and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
