Job Overview
We are working with a well-established Occupational Health provider seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team on a part-time basis. This is a peripatetic role covering clients across Bristol and South Wales, providing a varied mix of case management, health surveillance and wellbeing services. This position would suit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor who enjoys working independently, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality occupational health services across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a Full Occupational Health Remit, including management referrals (maximum 5 cases per day)
- New starter health screening and clearances
- Health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments and HAVS
- Vaccinations and phlebotomy
- Health and wellbeing initiatives
- Advising managers and employees on fitness for work and workplace adjustments
- Producing high-quality occupational health reports
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- RGN with an OH qualification and at least 2 years post-qualification OH experience
- Competent in case management and health surveillance
- Experienced in vaccinations and phlebotomy
- Strong communication, report-writing and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
