From loft conversions and extensions to full home refurbishments, we are known for strong craftsmanship, attention to detail and a practical, design-led approach. We pride ourselves on delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. This is a key role in a fast-moving business, suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and can handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be at the centre of the business, helping to keep operations running smoothly and allowing the Director to focus on growth and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's diary, meetings and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and track actions
- Manage inbox, flag priorities and draft replies when needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Anticipate the Director's needs and solve problems proactively
- Support with presentations and reports
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Help organise team events and meetings
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Manage expenses and basic reporting
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Able to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Discreet, professional and trustworthy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
- Self-motivated but a strong team player
