Job Description: We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our high-performing teams. You’ll be sourcing top-tier talent across Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management, with a strong focus on candidates holding SC clearance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates with expertise in AI, Software (Java, Python, Nodejs), Cloud (Azure/AWS), Data Architecture, Security, Testing, BA, and PM.
  • Identify and engage security-cleared professionals (SC) via recruitment platforms, social media, job boards and industry events.
  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Resourcer or in a similar Technical Talent Acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Software Development, cloud technologies (Azure).
