  • Supporting technical architecture design, platform roadmaps, and backlog management.
  • Defining automation and AI principles, governance frameworks, and ethical implementation guidelines.
  • Managing and monitoring live integrations, including exception handling, error management, and performance oversight.
  • Ensuring technical and integration designs align with enterprise data models, governance policies, and data‑flow requirements.

  • Translating business needs into Oracle‑specific functional and technical designs aligned with best practice and product capability.
  • Supporting functional and technical testing phases, including defect triage, resolution, and validation of Oracle features.

  • Supporting UAT and OAT activities across Technical & Integration Architecture and Oracle SME service lines.
  • Contributing to service transition planning, acceptance criteria definition, and readiness assessments for live service adoption.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in service process mapping, requirements definition, and operational design.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
