In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to define business needs, shape requirements, and support delivery across UK Central Government and public sector initiatives. This position is ideal for a Business Analyst with strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and proven experience within government environments. Conduct as-is and to-be business process mapping , identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Manage and prioritise the Agile product backlog , collaborating with Product Owners and delivery teams Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, concise user stories Use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage requirements, track progress, and support Agile ceremonies Support risk identification, impact analysis, and change request assessment Strong experience as a Business Analyst on UK Central Government or wider public sector projects Hands-on experience with as-is / to-be business process mapping Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and backlog management Our teams work on programmes where quality, security and delivery really matter, alongside experienced specialists across data, cloud, digital and architecture.
