About the Role: As a Lead Developer, you’ll provide hands‑on technical leadership across complex digital services. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to design and build robust backend systems, modern APIs, and cloud‑native microservices on Azure. You’ll set engineering standards, mentor developers, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead backend development across multi‑disciplinary delivery teams
- Design and build Java‑based microservices, APIs, and integration layers
- Develop cloud‑native solutions using AWS services
- Shape engineering patterns, coding standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with technical strategy
