Delivery Lead - GDS / Public Sector - BPSS
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our consultancy team, delivering high-impact digital services for UK Central Government clients.
You'll play a key role in leading multidisciplinary Agile teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring the successful delivery of modern software solutions.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, and can build trust with both client stakeholders and technical teams.
You'll ideally have
- Proven experience delivering complex software engineering programmes within consultancy or client-facing environments.
- Experience working on UK Government or highly regulated public sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams comprising Software Engineers, Dev Ops, QA and Product.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicting priorities.
The roles is hybrid - 2 times a month out of their Manchester office - and requires individuals who already have BPSS or above.
