As an Account Director at Amber Labs, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and deepening existing partnerships by connecting organisations with our Digital, Data, Cloud and AI transformation capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable operating at pace, managing shifting priorities without losing focus or quality.
  • A genuine interest in the technology landscape, particularly across Data, AI, Cloud and Digital.
  • Grow Amber Labs' presence within existing accounts by consistently delivering value and staying close to clients' strategic priorities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors, building a healthy and diverse pipeline.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from sale to execution, and that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to Amber Labs' market positioning, supporting case studies, thought leadership and sector specific go to market activity.
  • Champion client success internally, ensuring the wider team understands what matters most to each account.

Qualifications:

  • A background in technology consulting or professional services, with a track record of growing accounts and winning new business.
  • Experience selling or delivering services across Digital, Data, Cloud or AI, ideally across more than one of these areas.
  • Familiarity with both public and private sector environments.
