Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure cloud networking solutions within highly regulated environments. You will play a key role in delivering robust, secure, and scalable Azure networking architectures aligned with strict security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Azure virtual networks, subnetting strategies, and routing architectures
  • Configure and maintain secure hybrid connectivity using VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute
  • Implement secure application networking through NSGs, ASGs, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Azure Firewall, Firewall Policies, and Private Endpoints
  • Support secure environment readiness for penetration testing (PEN testing) and IT Health Checks (ITHC)
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues including routing, DNS, connectivity, and firewall configurations
  • Produce high-quality network diagrams, architecture documentation, standards, and operational runbooks

Core Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Azure Networking (VNets, Subnets, Routing)
  • Hands-on expertise with VPN Gateway and/or ExpressRoute
  • Experience configuring and managing Azure Firewall
  • Knowledge of NSGs, ASGs, WAF, and Private Endpoints
  • Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure deployment
  • Experience with hybrid networking and secure cloud networking patterns
