We specialise in cloud, data, software engineering, user-centred design and AI, helping organisations deliver better services through modern technology and agile ways of working.
We're currently supporting the delivery of a major UK Government transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join our growing data and architecture practice.
This role will support the delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion HR transformation, helping shape data architecture, migration strategy and governance across a complex, multi-supplier delivery environment.
The Role As a Data Architect, you will lead the design and assurance of data architecture across a large Oracle Fusion HR programme, ensuring high-quality, secure and effective migration of critical HR data.
Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll collaborate closely with programme leadership, technical architects, delivery partners and client stakeholders to define data strategy, support migration planning and provide architectural assurance throughout the programme lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in managing data quality, mitigating delivery risks and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HR solutions.
