We are collaborative, agile, and passionate about using technology to create measurable impact.The RoleWe are seeking a Power Platform Developer with strong experience designing, configuring, and delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining case management and business applications, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.You will collaborate closely with testers, functional consultants, Product Owners, and architects to translate business needs into high-quality User Stories and working solutions.This role is based in the Warrington area , with an expectation of 2 days per week on-site (3β4 days during the initial fortnight).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Model Driven Apps).Build and maintain case management solutions and integrations with SharePoint.Work closely within an Agile Scrum team , collaborating with Product Owners, functional consultants, testers, and architects.Translate requirements into clear User Stories and deliver working features.Ensure solutions meet best practices for performance, scalability, and security.Collaborate with UK and India-based technical teams, providing guidance and leadership where needed.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of Power Platform configuration and customisation .Experience with SharePoint (document and file storage).Case management solution development.Agile / Scrum delivery experience.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Knowledge of the UK Water Utilities sector (preferred).Desirable SkillsExperience leading technical teams across geographies (UK & India).Knowledge of test automation on the Power Platform .Why Join Us?Work with leading experts in data and digital transformation.Be part of a collaborative, people-first consultancy.Hybrid and flexible working environment.Competitive package and benefits.
