Amber Labs is a people-first technology consultancy delivering complex digital transformation programmes across UK Central Government. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis and process mapping to support complex transformation programmes.
The role will involve working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to capture, validate and refine end-to-end business processes, translating complex requirements into clear process maps and visual artefacts.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture, validate and refine end-to-end business processes.
- Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear, structured process maps and visual artefacts.
- Use Microsoft Visio to create accurate and accessible process maps.
- Support the identification and analysis of business requirements within complex transformation environments.
- Work effectively within Agile delivery teams and across wider programme stakeholders.
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes.
Proven experience in business process analysis and process mapping.
Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
Agile delivery experience.
