Mid-level Account Manager/Data Consultancy

Office requirements: hybrid remote and London office role

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of key mid-tier client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with their goals. Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base, driving revenue growth. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues efficiently.

Support Senior Account Managers in delivering on larger accounts, contributing to team success and gaining experience with more complex relationships. Proactively drive new opportunities and consistently grow revenue within their portfolio of accounts. Attributes: Proactive and results-driven, with a client-first approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster client relationships.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Energetic and eager to contribute to team and business success. Experience: 3–5 years in account management or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver revenue growth. Experience identifying and converting upsell or cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base. Experience in account management within the fields of data, digital, cloud, and AI.

Experience working within a consulting environment, with a strong understanding of client needs and delivery. Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs focused on client satisfaction, revenue growth, and opportunity development
