What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and embedding an effective governance framework across a product‑led delivery environment.
- Defining how work flows through the product operating model.
- Establishing and implementing product delivery metrics (flow, throughput, dependencies, blockers, outcomes).
- Creating clear, meaningful executive reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Helping leadership understand delivery progress, risks, and confidence levels.
- Ensuring governance enhances (not restricts) product and agile ways of working.
- Providing independent challenge and perspective on the current model.
- Supporting and influencing both senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Embedding sustainable ways of working post‑transformation.
Essential experience
- Proven experience working in large, complex organisations.
- Deep expertise in product operating models and product‑led delivery.
- Strong background in governance design, assurance, and delivery oversight.
- Experience defining and using flow metrics and delivery measurement frameworks.
