Senior Data Engineer in City of Westminster

We are seeking an SC Cleared Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica and enterprise data integration to support the design, development, and optimisation of large‑scale data solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating data across enterprise platforms, and ensuring high data quality and reliability standards.

Role Overview

This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with architects, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.

The primary requirement is demonstrable experience with Informatica‑based data engineering in complex delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica technologies.
• Develop scalable data integration solutions to support business and operational needs.
• Ensure efficient movement and transformation of data across enterprise systems.
• Validate and reconcile data throughout integration processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Support robust governance and quality assurance practices to maintain trusted datasets.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Informatica Power Center and/or Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Proven ability to design, develop, and support enterprise‑scale data integration solutions.
