Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Configuration Management and IBM Maximo Asset & Waste Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Maximo solutions to support asset lifecycle management and waste management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of IBM Maximo for Asset & Waste Management.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies for Maximo deployment.
• Oversee configuration management processes, ensuring version control and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure system alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, and regulatory standards for asset and waste management.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance on data migration, integrations, and reporting related to Maximo.
• Manage project documentation, including configuration baselines, change logs, and test plans.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure end-user adoption of Maximo solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Asset Management or Waste Management domains.
• Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with Configuration Management tools and processes (e.g., version control, change management).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and best practices in asset lifecycle management.
• Experience in data migration, API integrations, and reporting within Maximo.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.

Our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch to advise you on the next steps. We have a two-stage interview process for most of our consultants. In certain cases, we may include a third and final stage, which is a conversation with the company Partners. This will only be considered if deemed necessary.
