We are looking for a driven Institutional Salesperson to join us in London. In this role, you will not just manage existing accounts; you will actively build new revenue channels across the UK and European crypto ecosystem.

You will act as the primary commercial bridge to our client segments which include: Hedge Funds, Venture Capital firms, UHNWIs, and Web3 Ecosystem Projects. This is an exciting fast paced opportunity for a sales professional who can adapt between covering a Crypto Hedge Fund (execution/speed) and to a Foundation/Project (treasury/liquidity).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Institutional Sales and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
  • 3–5 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in Institutional Sales, Prime Brokerage, or FX Sales. (Experience within a crypto-native firm, OTC desk, or Exchange is highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Investments, with the ability to engage with financial markets
  • Knowledge of Trading and Sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for prior experience in digital assets or financial services
  • Passion for digital assets and blockchain technology is highly advantageous
  • FCA Awareness: You understand the basics of the UK\’s Financial Promotions regime and how to sell compliantly in a regulated jurisdiction.
