This is a broad, varied role combining digital marketing, content, ecommerce, events and campaign management. You’ll be involved from planning through to delivery, working closely with the wider UK team as well as international colleagues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and delivering the annual marketing plan within budget
- Managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Creating email campaigns, content calendars and customer communications
- Managing website and ecommerce content, including Shopify
- Working with external agencies across Google, Meta and Amazon advertising
- Monitoring website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Coordinating brochures, promotional materials, blogs and other content
- Planning and managing attendance at industry conferences and events
- Supporting the sales team with lead generation and marketing materials
- Maintaining customer and professional databases in line with GDPR
- Supporting NHS tenders, industry partnerships and other marketing projects
- Ensuring marketing activity meets relevant industry and compliance requirements
About you:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and is comfortable managing a varied workload independently. You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience within a broad marketing role
- A Level 4 marketing qualification/CIM Professional Certificate or equivalent
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare or another relevant regulated environment
- Strong digital marketing knowledge
- Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Shopify and Google Analytics
- Confidence working with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A proactive approach – someone who sees something through and takes ownership
Experience within the pharmaceutical sector, knowledge of ABPI requirements and Amazon Vendor/Seller platforms would be particularly useful, although not necessarily essential. This could be a lovely opportunity for an experienced marketer looking to bring their knowledge into a flexible part-time position, while still having plenty of responsibility, variety and autonomy.
