The Opportunity
We are supporting a growing, well-run service business with the appointment of a Client & Field Operations Executive. This is a varied, people-centric role for someone who enjoys autonomy, being out on the road, and working directly with clients and contractors rather than sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll play a key role in meeting new clients, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into long-term working relationships. Alongside this, you’ll be responsible for interviewing and onboarding self-employed contractors, ensuring all checks, documentation and compliance steps are completed correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting prospective clients to discuss requirements and guide them through service agreements
- Representing the business professionally in a wide variety of private settings
- Interviewing, screening and onboarding self-employed contractors
- Ensuring all vetting, documentation and compliance processes are followed
- Managing your own diary, routes and appointments efficiently
- Completing associated administration accurately and on time
- Working closely with the office team to coordinate scheduling and follow-up
About You

- Communicates clearly and professionally, with an excellent command of English
- Is organised and able to manage their own workload and diary

Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a compliant vehicle
- Business-use insurance (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
- Ability to plan routes efficiently across Surrey and surrounding areas
