About the Role
As Marketing Officer, you will support both internal colleagues and external stakeholders by delivering a wide range of marketing activities. From managing website content and social media campaigns to supporting product launches and event planning, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the company’s services and maintaining a consistent, engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Collateral Creation and Management
- Develop and manage content across the website and various digital platforms
- Monitor and optimise SEO performance and analytics
- Create engaging social media content and track campaign success
- Design and maintain internal and external marketing materials
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing events
- Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Develop and analyse surveys, providing actionable insights for product development
- Administrative Support
- Manage marketing and regulatory email communications
- Maintain branded documents, forms, and templates
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and freelancers
- Provide meeting support including scheduling, booking rooms, and note-taking
- Support general marketing administration and process improvement
