A five month administrative temp assignment has become available within a busy, friendly HR department. You’ll be joining to support the recruitment campaigns within the business; a varied and interesting role with lots to get involved with. The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis with three days in the office and two working remotely. If you’re a strong administrator, with experience of handling sensitive and confidential information, this is a lovely position to apply for. We always receive wonderful feedback from our Agency Workers placed with our client – it’s a great place to work alongside welcoming and supportive colleagues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Preparing and issuing recruitment campaign documentation Liaison with recruiting managers, external stakeholders, agencies and candidates Communication regarding staff changes Administration for joiners, internal transfers and leavers Collaboration with the HR team on adhoc projects Managing the mailbox You’ll need to be confident with MS Office – using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
