We’re currently recruiting for a detail-focused and highly organised Travel Coordinator to join a busy team within a well-regarded organisation in the New Haw/Addlestone area. This is a full-time, office-based role on a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of an extension. You’ll play a key role in supporting staff travelling internationally across the business.
- Location: New Haw/Addlestone (Office-Based, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week)
- Salary: £33,000 pro rata
- Full-time: 37 hours per week
- Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Using online travel systems & portals - adding and managing staff profiles
- Liaise with staff to confirm travel requirements
- Complete travel approval forms and secure senior-level sign-off
- Book international travel using agreed suppliers
- Coordinate travel risk assessments
- Maintain accurate travel itineraries and booking registers
- Check travel documents for compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ll be someone who is organised and able to prioritise a varied workload
- Comfortable working to deadlines and solving problems under pressure
- Skilled in liaising with internal teams and external travel providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams)
- Quick to understand new systems and processes
