We’re working in partnership with a highly regarded, people-focused law firm that is looking to welcome a Solicitor into its Employment team. This is a really lovely opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established team known for delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice while genuinely putting people first - both clients and colleagues.

The role involves managing your own caseload across a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Advising on day-to-day HR and employment issues
  • Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
  • Supporting on Employment Tribunal matters
  • Getting involved in more complex, high-value work alongside senior lawyers

There’s a great balance here between autonomy and support - you’ll be trusted with your own work, while still having access to experienced colleagues for development and progression. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in client seminars, training sessions and wider business development activity, helping you build your profile in the market.
