About the Role

Amber Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a well-established tree surgery contractor based in Woking.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced

Tree Surgeon (2nd Climber) to join their professional and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of domestic and commercial tree surgery projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of aerial tree work
  • Assist with tree dismantling, pruning and felling operations
  • Use climbing, rigging and lowering techniques safely
  • Work closely with Groundsmen and the wider arboricultural team
  • Maintain equipment and follow safe working practices
  • Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience as a Tree Surgeon or Climbing Arborist
  • Relevant NPTC qualifications for aerial tree work
  • Experience working at
  • 2nd Climber level or similar
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work safely as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
