Overview
An excellent opportunity for a Property/Compliance Administrator to join a respected, well-established independent sales and letting agent based in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This local brand has an established sales & lettings business and is looking for a quality Property/Compliance Administrator to join the team. This is a Tuesday/Wednesday to Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-1pm role.
Responsibilities
This role covers all aspects of property administration, including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with compliance and handling general lettings administration. The role is office-based. The candidate may be required to conduct property visits/viewings.
Qualifications
- Experience within the property sector or similar administrative environment is preferred
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid IT skills and technology savviness
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality
- Team player
- Presentable with the ability to use own initiative
- Understanding of lettings legislation and ability to handle a variety of situations (advantage)
Salary Β£22,000-Β£28,000 depending on experience and hours.
