We are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial management of contracts of various values, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the client’s requirements—all in line with company procedures and objectives, with assistance where necessary.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Commercial and Operational leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while safeguarding the financial interests of the company and client.
- Client management – Ensure that clients' needs are fully understood and met.
- Preparing timely valuations, in accordance with contract documents.
- Recording and raising contract variations.
- Client, subcontractor and supplier negotiations.
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement.
