The predicted salary is between 27780 - 27780 £ per year.

This role is based at Pizza Al Teatro in our Woking venues. You will report to the Food Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager or Duty Manager on shift. You will work closely with other members of the kitchen team but also be confident to work in the kitchen on your own when required to do so. You will work with your front of house service team ensuring communication and teamwork are key to each service and will be part of the wider customer experience team. Daytimes, evenings and weekend availability is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present pizzas and other dishes consistently to high standards, meeting specifications and in appropriate time frames.
  • Process orders from tickets and organise service accordingly.
  • Have continuous strong communication with your colleagues during a service, to ensure a high level of service for our customers.
  • Be knowledgeable on Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness.
  • Maintain excellent levels of food hygiene at all times, ensuring that standards are always adhered to.
  • Manage stock and stock control procedures to maintain accurate reporting of wastage and sales.
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed and in line with ATG procedures.
  • Undertake any necessary training to further personal development.
  • Proactively identify tasks which need to be done and take responsibility for completing them.
