Ticketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an engaged and enthusiastic individual to join the Ticketing Operations team, based in our ATG London Office. You’ll create events on our ticketing system for our portfolio of ticketing brands and entertainment venues, with a focus on premium events (inc. West End, one night events & large-scale tours), and third-party partners. You will work closely with variety of departments across ATG including eCommerce, Regional Revenue Management, Marketing, Programming, Box Office, Contact Centre, and Finance. As well as collaborating with teams in ATG Entertainment in the USA and Continental Europe, plus liaising with external promoters and producers.

This is a great development opportunity to enhance your skills in an internationally growing business and a role that will give you exposure to a range of products and teams across the ATG network.

What is Ticketing Operations? We are an office-based support function and team within the wider ATG central Ticketing Department, and we are behind the scenes whenever you buy a ticket. Day-to-day we focus on configuring events in our ticketing system, working in close collaboration with each other and multiple colleagues in Ticketing to achieve maximum sales potential and work to the deadlines in our service level agreement. We also support venue Box Offices and Ticketing colleagues with ticketing system troubleshooting, and work closely with producers, promoters and various stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate the on-sale process; it’s our responsibility to ensure all aspects of the ticket sale process are prepared correctly in time for the date the show goes on sale. The team is made up of a core group of team members who set up events in our ticketing system, as well as a group of senior specialists who focus on special projects and the most complex shows. The team is office-based and does not work directly with the public; our customers are the producers and promoters bringing shows to our venues and our Ticketing and Sales colleagues.
