Ambassador Theatre Group seeks a Head of Venue Operations for Swansea Building Society Arena / Arena Swansea Building Society, GB, reporting to the Venue Director. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including Customer Experience, Food & Beverage and Front of House, while meeting staffing budgets and KPIs to deliver first-class audiences at performances, conferences and events.
