The Ambassadors Theatre is a beautifully intimate playhouse, turning over shows on average every three months, we welcome a fantastic variety of productions from comedy to world premieres of plays starring A-list celebrities. The theatre first opened on 5th June 1913 with Panthea, a play by Monckton Hoffe which ran for only 15 nights. As a Customer Experience Supervisor , you will report to the Customer Experience Manager and Duty Manager on shift, and will personally hold Duty Manager responsibilities on occasion. This is a varied role which involves working in all areas of supervising Front of House including scheduling shifts; and supervising and managing the welcoming of customers, scanning of tickets, bars and merchandise services and the showing people to their seats. Evening and Weekend work is essential for this role. You do, however, need to be aged 18+ years old for this position.
