Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for a Laundry Assistant (Temporary Cover) to work on the London production ofHarry Potter and the Cursed Child.
Based on an original new story byJ.K. Rowling,Jack ThorneandJohn Tiffany, thisnew play byJack Thornereceivedits world premiere in Londons West End at the Palace Theatre in summer 2016.The critically acclaimed production is the most awarded West End play in the history of the Olivier Awards, winning a record-breaking nine awards including Best New Play and Best Director in 2017.
Essential Skills include:
- Excellent laundry skills including ironing
- Experience of working as a team; great communication and friendly manner
- Ability and desire to learn new methods and improvement to working practices
- Ability to work under direction or independently, following tried and tested methods
Exceptional candidates will have:
- Experience in a similar position on a large-scale production
- Excellent hand and machine sewing skills

Salary: Hourly rate as per SOLT/BECTU Agreement.
