The predicted salary is between 18.01 - 18.01 £ per hour.
You will report to the Sales & Ticketing Manager and work closely with the Deputy Sales & Ticketing Manager and wider venue team. This role is based at the Harold Pinter Theatre. The role is customer-facing, so friendly, confident customer service skills are a must. You will be able to pick up and maintain strong technical skills within the AudienceView ticketing system and will work and communicate both in-person and electronically with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Maximising sales for the show and upselling Lounge and packages where appropriate via counter sales in line with strategy and instruction given by the venue Box Office team.
- Managing the Box Office email inboxes effectively and efficiently, including but not limited to facilitating exchanges; house seat/company seat bookings; access bookings; trade and agency queries; group bookings and general queries.
- Troubleshooting patron issues by email and in-person regarding bookings, e-tickets and similar.
- Maintaining harmonious working relations with producers, their agents and internal customers.
- Providing accurate sales and marketing reports on request. Circulating performance returns to all authorised parties.
- Co-operating with other Box Office team members to share tasks and duties for Box Office day-to-day running.
- Adhering to ATG Entertainment policies including but not limited to GDPR and privacy, security and working etiquette.
- Working productively under reasonable levels of pressure, being able to prioritise competing tasks.
- Assisting FOH operations by providing timely and accurate reporting of package sales, access bookings and house figures.
- Assisting in Front of House operations during incoming including but not limited to locating patron bookings; reprinting tickets; scanning tickets.
- Maintaining ATG Entertainment standards of customer care and upholding ATG Entertainment's core values.
