Working at the Kit Kat Club at the Playhouse Theatre is a unique and vibrant experience, immersed in the rich history and cultural significance of this iconic venue. The atmosphere is infused with the echoes of legendary performances, from George Bernard Shaw\’s debut to live concerts by iconic bands like Pink Floyd and The Beatles. The recent refurbishment in November 2021 adds a modern touch, creating a dynamic environment for the current production of Cabaret. The intimate setting with a seating capacity of 592 fosters a close connection between performers and the audience. Employees get to contribute to the ongoing legacy of the Playhouse Theatre, playing a role in maintaining its charm and ensuring a memorable experience for visitors. The Kitchen Supervisor role will involve working with the kitchen team to complete daily food preparation for the audience dining with us. We serve a seasonal grazing menu at our tables which is pre-ordered, in addition to lounge packages and artisan food boxes. We hold a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our kitchen space. The right candidate will engage with all the practices in place and uphold these standards, ensuring we are running a kitchen that is compliant with the expected high standard of health and safety by adhering to all required measures and completing all documentation.
