Every night we welcome thousands of people through our doors to enjoy the best in live entertainment. Whether it’s a night out with friends for a special birthday or a family’s first pantomime, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!
As part of our Customer Experience Team you’ll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.

Experience from within the entertainment sector is not essential and we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry. Working at the Kit Kat Club at the Playhouse Theatre is a unique and vibrant experience, immersed in the rich history and cultural significance of this iconic venue. The atmosphere is infused with the echoes of legendary performances, from George Bernard Shaw\’s debut to live concerts by iconic bands like Pink Floyd and The Beatles. The recent refurbishment in November 2021 adds a modern touch, creating a dynamic environment for the current production of Cabaret. The intimate setting with a seating capacity of 592 fosters a close connection between performers and the audience. Employees get to contribute to the ongoing legacy of the Playhouse Theatre, playing a role in maintaining its charm and ensuring a memorable experience for visitors. The blend of historical resonance and contemporary energy makes working at the Kit Kat Club a truly special and rewarding endeavour in the heart of London\’s West End.
We have a number of 32 hour contracts available at this time, working evening performances Monday-Saturday with matinee shows on both Wednesday and Saturday. Key to delivering the producer\’s vision of an immersive club experience, you\’ll serve and support our customers through bar and table service, welcoming and directing audiences and making proactive sales at various points throughout the club, all while playing your part in maintaining the world of Cabaret.
