Conference and Sales Executive

This role reports to the Theatre Manager and is responsible for securing function, event, and wedding bookings at Leas Cliff Hall. The Conference & Sales Executive will be part of the venue functions team, working with the Events & Conference Manager to deliver high-level functions for our clients across all venue spaces.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Securing new business and nurturing existing customers to increase the number of events at Leas Cliff Hall.
  • Managing the booking process from initial enquiry, venue viewings, costing, to invoicing, and handing over to the Events Manager.

Leas Cliff Hall, opened in 1927, hosts concerts, comedy shows, spoken word, dance, pantomime, conferences, weddings, and functions in the Channel Suite and Grand Hall. As the Venue Sales Executive, you will drive sales, increase venue hire, and develop the conference side of the business through innovative initiatives engaging both current and prospective customers.
