We seek customer-focused managers eager to work in our dynamic and fast-paced company. Every night, we host thousands enjoying live entertainment, from birthday celebrations to family pantomimes. We strive to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.

As part of our Customer Experience Management Team, you'll be the welcoming face of our company, delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll also contribute to meeting financial goals by promoting products and packages, including traditional programmes, ice creams, and cocktails in our luxury bars. This role offers variety, fun, and challenges, involving responsibilities within a passionate team at one of our unique venues with diverse events.

If shortlisted, you'll attend an assessment session on July 24th and an induction on August 5th. The Opera House, located in Manchester’s Quay Street, is a historic Grade II listed venue renowned for hosting major productions. The Palace Theatre, also Grade II listed, is famous for West End hits.
