Key Responsibilities- To support the Directors to develop a clear marketing and communications strategy for discussion and approval.
- A key part of this role is to increase the organisation's membership.
- Promote new events to a wide audience.
- Maximise use of social media.
- Engage our beneficiaries in ventures to raise awareness and address the needs of autistic survivors.
- Increase diverse engagement with our work.
- To advise regarding the visual promotion of our roles.
- Inform specific aspects of the marketing as agreed.
- Collaborate with others to address sexual violence and related abuse.
- Address a diversity of communication tools to promote projects, training, resources, and events.
- To discuss a marketing and communications strategy with Directors for Lotus Collaborations.
- To liaise with team members and discuss ideas to promote and communicate different activities and events.
- To discuss with directors a range of options to maximise our online and face-to-face presence.
- To liaise with the website developer and directors about the development of different marketing tools for our website.

- Previous marketing experience.
- Experienced in improving marketing and communications that fit with a brand.
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Awareness of the sexual violence / abuse.
- Knowledge of GDPR and UK data protection legislation.
