To prepare and produce goods within a production team according to the company's Food Safety and Health and Safety standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To prepare products as required and according to the specifications and recipes established by the company.
  • To maintain and work to product specifications as laid down by the company.
  • To use equipment with care and respect for company property.
  • To work within the HACCP and Quality systems implemented by the company.
  • To operate following Good Manufacturing practices and under appropriate hygienic standards as set by the company.
  • To record all production to assist traceability and stock records.
  • To report all malfunctions on equipment to the area Team Leader or area Supervisor in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • To review the end product with the Supervisor to establish compliance with targeted standards and specifications.
  • To help train selected staff to cover holiday.
