AMBAC International is hiring a People, Culture, and Talent Partner to lead the full HR function at our Elgin, SC facility — from employee relations and compliance to total rewards, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role is central to how we build people, not just parts.

This position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide people strategy while staying hands-on with the employees who bring it to life every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Own employee relations across the facility — investigations, conflict resolution, and day-to-day guidance for managers and employees
  • Build and administer total rewards and compensation programs, including benchmarking and pay structures
  • Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing workforce
  • Design and deliver employee training, onboarding, and leadership development programs
  • Champion our Open Book, ESOP culture and help embed business literacy at every level
  • Build the HR infrastructure and processes needed to scale as the business grows

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years of hands-on HR generalist experience
  • Demonstrated depth in HR compliance, employee relations, total rewards/compensation, and talent acquisition
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience designing and delivering employee training programs
  • A growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Genuine interest in employee ownership and open-book management
