We are seeking a CNC Machinist / Grinder to program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce products to customer specifications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years CNC programming experience in vertical/horizontal mills or ID/OD grinders
  • Minimum 5 years lathe experience; some CNC experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience programming in CAM
  • Able to setup and run concurrent jobs on multiple machines
  • Able to use standard measuring equipment such as micrometers and comparators
  • Strong shop math skills
  • Able to work to metric dimensions
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
