We are seeking an experienced Working Supervisor with a background in concrete repair and/or waterproofing to support major clean water infrastructure projects across Cumbria. Must have water site experience.
You will oversee gangs delivering internal waterproofing, structural concrete repairs, and reinstatement works within live clean water environments. This role combines hands-on technical work with on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising operatives and subcontractor gangs
- Overseeing internal waterproofing works
- Managing structural concrete repair activities

- Supporting reinstatement works and safe delivery of tasks
- Concrete repair or waterproofing background (essential)
